Terms of Service
  • The Company's service plan package is valid for the purchase of the date of 3 months. The company provided services to an hour as a "basic service units", each ticket equivalent to 1 hour service time.
  • The company offer "no questions asked refund protection", the customer after the purchase of packages, if for any reason for termination of service, the date of purchase, request a refund within 30 days. (The most important matter a refund does not apply to any free gifts or special delivery of packages)
  • Our company provides the service time for each 3 hours or more, in the beginning of each pre-service, the customer must provide the same service time of the packages handed over to the company home attendants.
  • The Company will only be consistent with the customer ID of the address of registration information to provide services, and the right to refuse to customer requirements to provide services in any other address.
  • The Company and the Company's home attendants have the right to reject any unreasonable or a high risk job requirements.

  • If customer breaking the appointment on the service day, the Company shall be entitled to charge their $75 Hong Kong dollars (or a ticket) for the administrative costs.
  • For customers booking the evening service, please refer to the evening service hours to be completed before 10 p.m.
  • The company accepts hosting home key, in order to provide in home services, and we will issue a receipt for verification. Customers to purchase your own home insurance; if, unfortunately, our company lost the door key by the host will be the circumstances of compensation, the maximum amounting to HK 200.

  • Customers should carefully locked private property, the company's home attendant before leaving the customer's premises, it will certainly please the clients first count of private property in order to avoid misunderstanding; clients such as the spot was found lost property, shall immediately inform the police and notify the Company, the the company will certainly provide information and make every effort to assist the police investigation.
  • If any object damage, the company will provide customers the maximum compensation is $200 Hong Kong dollars.
  • Customers can not directly contact the our home attendant or make an appointment for additional work requirements; customers should call our Customer Service Hotline 3101 9396 requests for assistance, the company will certainly make proper arrangements.
  • Clients if move home should notify the Company update the customer information.
  • If the client returns with the facts of the false information, the Company has the right to refuse to provide any services; and the services been provide will charging the customers (meaning has been serving the time) HK 100 for special fees, and all other tickets will not be refund.
  • The Company have the right in reasonable circumstances, changing the terms and conditions for this service at any time, the Company reserves all for right of final decision.
  • If packages are overdue, that will automatically expire, no replacement
